ITโS TIME TO SHOP!
HOW DOES A REFINANCE WORK?

we keep it simple.

1. GET PRE-QUALIFIED
Before you start looking for a house we can help get you qualified and set goals for where you need to be when your dream home becomes available. After this is done you will receive a pre-approval letter.

2. GO SHOPPING
Now that you are pre-approved you and have your approval in hand you can go house hunting! If you have a realtor they will begin showing you homes and submitting great offers. If you do not have an agent we are happy to help.

3. GET YOUR OFFER ACCEPTED
YAY!! Your offer has been accepted. But we are just getting started. We will collect the last pieces of documentation to get your loan closed quickly. We will begin to guide you every step of the way.

4. FINAL APPROVAL
This is the last step before the keys. An underwriter will take one last look at all of your items and give their final approval so you can release ALL loan contingencies. Meaning itโs time to start packing.

5. MOVING DAY IS HERE!
Congratulations! The keys are in your hands. You have made it through the Home Loan Process and have successfully purchased a home. It is time to enjoy your new home and create beautiful new life moments.
